That’s probably why I have such a bone to pick with Christianity. Sure, it’s mostly because Christianity is the religion that’s always in my face, letting me know they’re trying to turn our government into a theocracy every time I look at a dollar bill or listen to the pledge (I refuse to recite it). Otherwise I’d be picking on Islam more often.

But i think another reason is, in large part, due to not just the height of arrogance that it espouses (not only that God exists, but we know he wrote OUR holy book instead of all those other fakes out there), but the ultimate hypocrisy in which it preaches. Lately I’ve been thinking of my title and it’s become a little challenging to come up with something that’s descriptive enough, but memorable by the same token. So far all I can think of is Mind Controller or Mind Reader. My only problem is that I do both, mind reading and mind controlling. Grrrr. Thoughts? Suggestions?

So this isn’t meant toward all mormons, just many. The majority of mormons I’ve run into in my life have turned out to be total hypocrites. Not just people who secretly live the life of an average person, but people who are secretly far more sexually active than the average person. It’s become so commonplace now that if a guy tells his friends that a chick is mormon, that means she’s the one who puts out the most. I’m not making this shit up. I’m absolutely serious. Ask anyone you know who is very sexually active. Why is this? I don’t know. Maybe it has to do with the fact that because Mormonism is so stringent that is causes a lot more young guys and girls to secretly rebel so that they can have a vent. So so far I’ve found one thing where I disagree with Ron Paul on.

He thinks the first amendment was just a way of making sure we don’t establish a state religion, rather than a way of stopping the United States from endorsing one religion over another, and therefore no religions at all.

He introduced the “We the People Act” which if passed would allow displays of religious text and imagery by state, county, and local governments. This is bullshit. Displaying the Ten Commandments on government property can only be taken as one thing, the government endorsing Judaism. Displaying a Cross on government property can only be taken as one thing, the government endorsing Christianity. Is a governmental body endorsing a religion not hand and hand with establishing it?!
